  • Do you ship world wide?

    Yes, we ship to England, Australia, Brazil, and World Wide? Extra shipping charges may incur due to consolidation
  • Where are you located?

    The Design Studio is location at 15442 Ventura Bl. #201, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 - Los Angeles, California. We welcome customers and vendors by appointment only.
  • May we come visit your showroom?

    Our Design Studio is available by appointment only. Most samples ship from this location.
  • Do You have a Sales Rep in my area?

    If you are an Architect, Design Firm or Retail Chain, we may have reps in your area. When filling out the sign up form, please make sure to ask for a Sales Rep to call you.
  • Samples

    • Why do I need a sample?

      The internet is a wonderful tool for general color and style however we cannot guarantee you will receive what you expected. If your firm chooses to waive a sample, we will be unable to accept a return of merchandise for any reason.
    • How much do samples cost?

      Most samples cost $5 each plus shipping for international customers. Qualified Trade Professionals receive samples at no charge.
    • How long do samples take to receive?

      Most samples are in stock in our Los Angeles warehouse. If we do not have a sample in stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive.
    • I only received a partial shipment of samples

      If you received a partial shipment of samples please be patient. The remaining samples will be received within 2 weeks. If you need them faster, we may be able to help.
  • Prices

    We must approve your account to view pricing. Please sign up for an account. Please allow up to 1 hour during business hours for your account to be approved.
  • Placing Orders

    You may either call usor go online for all domestic orders We accept checks, wire transfers, Visa and Mastercard via paypal. Domestic clients may use paypal or send a check for most transcations. International customers may place orders for less than $500 through paypal. International orders above $500 require direct wire transfer payments.
  • Return Policy

    Most of our products are made to order and are not returnable. All orders must be inspected within 5 days of receipt and returned within 15 days. Custom and Non-stocked items are non-returnable for any reason. All returns accepted are subject to a 40% restocking fee
  • Who may place orders?

    We offer our products to all types of customers. Trade Professionals receive special benefits including no charge samples. All customers that desire samples or pricing must first sign up.
  • Do you offer Custom Wallpapers and Custom Designs?

    Yes, we are a digital printer and screen printer with specialty licensed collections with wall artists. We can help to create, design, and print your wallpaper to your specifications

  • Did I receive the correct amount of rolls?

    It appears that I have received less wallpaper than what I ordered. Many of our goods are packaged in triple or double rolls that are rolled in 1 physical roll. Ex. I ordered 3 single rolls of wallpaper and only received one roll.
